Easy, Laid-back Car Buying My husband and I knew what we were looking for and immediately called on Lydia Atmore at Ron Hibbard. She sold us our first Toyota Sequoia about 16 years ago. Lydia is wonderful to work with, as always. Because she was in the process of assisting another customer, she asked if we would mind if her co-worker James Lackey assisted us, as well. We've had experience with Lydia over the years and really trust her advice and judgment, so there was no hesitation in working with James. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. We never felt pressured, but rather the opposite. We just felt relaxed about the whole deal. James seemed to understand our desire to keep it simple and get a nice car at a reasonable price and that is just what he helped us do. Between James and Lydia, we felt like the service was impeccable and our experience was wonderful. I have no doubt we will return to Ron Hibbard Toyota. By the way, I absolutely love my new car! I had told Mike that I was looking to trade in a vehicle and pay with cash. He worked with me to come to a purchase price that was within my budget and got me a great price for the trade in. Mike was easy to work with and understanding of my situation and needs. He was a God-send for me after being worn out from dealing with sales reps at other dealerships and coming up empty handed. I had first looked on the internet but of course that doesn't compare to seeing it in person. Beautiful car. I first spoke with Marcus Sibley over the phone, who was very informative about the cars. When I came to the dealership he turned me over to a lovely lady named Lydia Atmore and our search began. Lydia made my shopping experience a fun afternoon at the dealership. She was quick to find what I was looking for and she was like shopping with my best friend. What I liked most was there was totally no pressure to buy or trying to talk me into something I really didn't want. The car I wanted was not on the lot but they found me one in no time that would be there in 1-2 days. Until then, I still went home in a new Camry. It was a good time. More

We had an internet inquiry and received prompt response from Marcus. Marcus also text me pictures at my request. Our visit to the dealership was welcomed by a friendly "non-pressuring" salesmen, Jason. We met the owner as well as his son and were treated like old friends. My husband and I both pretty much decided we hated car shopping and were dreading having to go through the entire process. Not so at Ron Hibbard, it was a great experience and felt none of the pressure we had at other dealerships. Buying a vehicle is stressful and spending that much money is nerve racking! Adding pressure on top of that stress is a bad combination. We are so appreciative for making the entire process easy.
