I looked and drove one. I told him I had to go home. I decided the one I wanted and I emailed my info to him and told him to have the papers ready when I got there. The process was so easy and took a very short time. When I went to pick up the car papers were ready and car was ready. I will go back when I need another one More

Excellent Experience! We visited three other dealerships prior to Ron Hibbard of Gallatin. We were greeted by salesman, Allen Kalisch as soon as we exited our car. He did a great job explaining all features of the Prius. We knew immediately this was the car for us! Allen was kind and so informative on all aspects of this car. He worked with us and gave us a great deal. My husband had a price in mind and our bottom line was closer to that number than any other dealership. We met the owner, Mr. Hibbard and he was so personable. We have never met the owner of car dealership in years past. Michael Christian, finance manager had our paperwork ready in short order. We are looking forward to being a part of this group. More

awesome!! I went to Ron Hibbard looking for a Toyota, I was told by Toyota in Madison that they had a much cheaper Toyota than at Ron Hibbard. When I got to To I went to Ron Hibbard looking for a Toyota, I was told by Toyota in Madison that they had a much cheaper Toyota than at Ron Hibbard. When I got to Toyota in Madison they stated they made a mistake, the car they told me about was much higher than they thought. I went back to Rob Hibbard where I was treated kindly and fair by Brian Crowder. I would recommend Ron Hibbard to all my family and friends. I bought a used car, and there was a scratch on the side. Brian stated they would get the problem fixed even after I bought the car. They also gave me a 2016 Camry to drive while the scratch on my car is being taken care of. Looking around at prices and warranty, I got a very fair deal. I am thankful for the staff, and give them 5 stars! More

They gave me a great value for my trade in so I decided to go take a look. I drove up to Gallatin's Ron Hibbard Toyota, (which for me was a bit of a distance...but in the end was WELL worth it!) and they had just what I had been looking for and at a GREAT price! The vehicle was exactly as described and in mint condition! The one thing I cannot stand is a "bait and switch" Dealer and I was ecstatic to find out when I arrived that the deal was even better than what they had quoted me over the phone! That has NEVER happened to me! They had prepared for my purchase and had all the paperwork ready to go and I was in and out in short order. When I left the lot in my new beauty, I swear I had the commercial where the people jump and kick their heels together and sing "Toyota~I'm LOVIN' it!" running through my head! I will be back to Ron Hibbard in the future for all my deals! My personal thanks and gratitude to Marcus, Chris and Mike for their professionalism and making my buying experience a fantastic one!
