Dont show up late Scheduled an appointment for the free 10,000 mile oil change and rotation. Only time available was in the middle of the afternoon for the day I would Scheduled an appointment for the free 10,000 mile oil change and rotation. Only time available was in the middle of the afternoon for the day I would hit 10,000. No problem, I just had to make ends meet. Arrived at the dealership 6 minutes late and sat in a line bucked up out in the lot. As the line moved forward I began to enter into the service bay when a service writer started yelling frantically. That's when I saw the service door move into view from my windshield as it was about to land on my hood. It stopped before hitting my vehicle and retracted back up so no worries but I feel like that needs to be looked into. Pulled in and got out to the service desk. Stood there for about a minute before the service guy accnoledged me. All he said was are the keys in the truck and that he would see what he could do because I was late. I asked him what does that mean. His response was because I was late and the next appointment was already there 30 min's early that he would see what he could do... About 15 mins later my car was pulled around and parked by the express bay where it sat for another 20 mins. I then went inside to speak with my salesman who I had sold me the car. After a few minutes of talking about life, I said something about the service I had just gotten. I feel like a phone call was made and by the time I went back out, my car was on the lift and 30 minutes later I was on the road. All in all it took about an hour and a half to get my oil changed. To me that's not a good turn time for something this routine for a fully staffed and properly trained crew with all the necessary equipment to do simple tasks like this. But what I have learned from my experience is that if you're late then you get bumped but if you're early then you bump the customer in front of you. Basically just show up whenever you want and they will get you started. Next time I make an appointment for the last one of the day and show up first thing in the morning and screw up everyone else's day like the service writer did to me... PS I opted out of the complimentary wash because it adds 30 or more minutes to your visit and all they do is spray it with a hose and rub a dirty broom randomly about. If this happens to you, go ahead and plan on going to the car wash down the road to finish the job. More

A dealer and salesperson with INTEGRITY! Being a skeptic and a woman, I walked in to this dealership already on the defense. (I had already been to every Toyota dealership in 100 miles) I was Being a skeptic and a woman, I walked in to this dealership already on the defense. (I had already been to every Toyota dealership in 100 miles) I was met by James, who met me with a laid back smile and attitude, which put me a little more at ease. I should also mention that mother had a heart attack that morning, and I had my 8 week old son with me, so I was in a hurry to get back to the hospital. James felt my urgency, KINDLY answered my questions, and literally, physically RAN to financing to get the deal done. (I knew what I wanted before I walked in) Sales, financing, and even Ron Hibbard himself offered prayers for my mother, and they got my deal done, and James even called a few days later to check on my mother. If you are looking for a truck or car, I would recommend this dealership, and James, to ANYONE. It's refreshing to be looked at as a person, instead of dollar signs! Thanks guys, awesome job, and amazing truck! More
