I had an absolutely horrendous experience with Toyota of Fox Lake's service department, and I feel compelled to share my ordeal to protect others from a similar nightmare. I took my car in for service, and what followed was a never-ending saga of incompetence and indifference. They initially kept my car for two weeks without servicing it, and when I finally went to pick it up, it hadn't been touched. The service manager, Charlie Trebing, seemed clueless and promised to get it done. On my second visit, they informed me of "additional issues" and requested a third visit. At this point, my patience was wearing thin, and I attempted to lodge a complaint with Mr. Trebing, but he conveniently went silent. When I requested to speak with the general manager to address my concerns, they shockingly denied me access. Despite already taking my money, they demonstrated a complete lack of accountability and customer care. Toyota of Fox Lake, your service department is an utter disgrace, and your disregard for customers is appalling. I strongly advise anyone considering their services to think twice. This experience has left me deeply disappointed and frustrated. Save yourself the trouble and find a more reputable dealership for your automotive needs. More

The service team is professional. Amazing service is back! My car broke down. AAA towed it in without me because of COVID-19. After the parts came in they fixed it right away, gave it its upcoming oil service early, took payment over the ph in without me because of COVID-19. Totally contact free experience for me. Really couldn't ask for anything more. More
