This is just not a friendly dealership and seemed to be focused more on making a quick buck. If I’m paying $200 plus for a diagnostic, I’d at least like for the employees to be friendly and courteous. Th focused more on making a quick buck. If I’m paying $200 plus for a diagnostic, I’d at least like for the employees to be friendly and courteous. The individual that ran my credit card was simply a jerk. A positive attitude would go a long way. He also asked for my payment without even telling me what work was performed or cost. Greg Williams, the service advisor, did a good job and relayed the work and service costs, but this other guy was more interested in getting my credit card than in me or my car. I’m fine with paying a premium but not sure if I’ll be back. I’m needing to buy 2 maybe 3 new Toyotas, and this was a test as I’m only buying where I can receive friendly, courteous, and honest service. Thanks! More
