We are from Birmingham, AL and my mother's car had to be serviced after encountering an oil problem while she was on vacation in Ft. Walton. I contacted Jonathan Drummond in the Service Dept, who was very helpful and understanding, as he has been throughout the whole ordeal. He immediately checked the car, found the item, and arranged for an overnight Fed Ex delivery to us. It was very reassuring to let my mother know her item was on its way! We bought two vehicles from Chris. My husband's Scion TC and my Prius.
