I came in for my usual-routine oil change, tire-rotation, balance, and wheel alignment. I also mentioned that the display light was burned out on one side of the temperate control screen. Jason thought it would be something like $800 to replace the unit, but then Gerald-master technician was able to pull the box and replace just the burned out lights. My vehicle didn't take any longer than usual for the maintenance work and the extra repair was only $90.00!!! Gerald, you rock!! And Jason always takes excellent care of me and my vehicle. I went there to have my 03 Rav 4 repaired. When my service agent told me what all needed to done, I was shocked. He said it would cost more to repair it than it was worth. It was a well used Rav4! He worked with me and made it easy to trade up to the new Rav4. He answered many questions and stayed with me while I got all my stuff out of the old Rav. Jon Jones helped me find a noise that was coming from my splash guard. If I wouldn't have spoken with him the splash guard would have come off and I would have most likely lost it.
