My husband and I were most impressed by his knowledge of the product. He doesnt try to shove you into a car just because he is ready to pounce on the next deal. Brandon educates you. Making sure you understand the car and it's features. This way helps you make a decision, your own, educated decision. I truly enjoyed his no pressure, education presentation of the cars. He his upbeat, helpful, thoughtful and a pleasure to deal with. He stayed late to finish up our deal as did others. He even scheduled a time to come back and go over more about the car.
