This Dealer consistently prices USED vehicles for higher prices than they cost brand new, they wasted my time going in to look at a subaru WRX, telling me on the phone that if I made a decent offer they'd p prices than they cost brand new, they wasted my time going in to look at a subaru WRX, telling me on the phone that if I made a decent offer they'd probably accept because they're trying to move the car. I get to the dealership and they expect me to pay 27 grand for a base WRX, I drove down to the subaru dealership and could walk out the door with a premium trim for that price. Now they're advertising a used scion tc (19,000 car) for 25,991. This dealership is full of scam artists and have no idea of the value of the cars they are trying to sell. I'll make sure not to deal with them in the future. More

Pricing was pre-negoiated, there was no bait-and-switch nor razzle-dazzle tactics that we have experienced with a couple of other dealers that we walked out on. The finance and closing officer had the same approach. Much of the paperwork was already prepared when he invited us into his office. The closing process was efficient, fast, and pleasant. Customer Service has become an oxymoron with too many businesses in the last 20 years or so, but Quality Imports could use Customer Total Satisfaction as as their motto. More
