On 24 November 2012, I brought my 2012 Tacoma in for regular maintenance. Before I left, I had a conversation with Rory Tibaldo. I expressed that I thought I might be to upside down in my current vehicle to make a deal. Rory told me to email him specs of what I was looking for and he would run some numbers for me. Within days numbers were run and I was in the dealer for test drives. I worked with Patrick Kearney as my sales person, the same guy I purchased my 2012 Tacoma from. Patrick showed me several vehicles and was really concerned with getting me a truck that fit my needs. When all seemed lost, there was one vehicle that matched exactly what I needed! Just 3 days after getting my vehicle serviced, I was driving off the lot with a brand new Tundra. That wouldnt have been possible without Patrick and Rory, both of whom went above and beyond to get me a great deal on a great vehicle. I just purchased a 2012 Prius from Quality and it was my best car buying experience to date. I had been working with another dealer but was not satisfied with their price; contacted Quality by phone and cam best car buying experience to date. I had been working with another dealer but was not satisfied with their price; contacted Quality by phone and came to an agreement; I find it absurd that many dealers these days are charging up to a $700 dealer documentation fee. Quality did have a dealer documentation fee but it was substantially lower. The staff was very friendly and helpful. More

Worked with internet sales to buy a Prius Four. Traveled 1.5 hours. Pruis was not waiting for us, did not even exist. He was honest and upfront with the cost of both the used and new trucks we were considering. He made it seem like we had been there only a few minutes when it actually took us over 2 hours. He didnt pressure us or try to get us to buy something we werent intrested in. The finance office was just as efficeint. They made us feel at home and didnt pressure is to buy the extended warrsnty packages. Overall this was the easiest vehicle purches I have ever done and I have purchased over 20 vehicles from various dealers. I really believe that I will be buying Toyota products from now on.
