Service department works together as a team. When I arrived I was greeted in line outside and told they were moving the cars ahead of me and my adviser would be with me shortly. While waiting someone c arrived I was greeted in line outside and told they were moving the cars ahead of me and my adviser would be with me shortly. While waiting someone came and filled my window fluid and wiped my windshield. This was a very nice touch. My adviser was prompt and extremely polite. I appreciated that. He explained what they would be doing to replace the flapping rubber on each side of my windshield and that it was covered with my warranty. He told me he would come for me when my car was done. During my stay in the waiting room a friendly employee came and checked to see if I had any questions or needed anything. This was a very nice addition to waiting room time. She came several times to see everyone. The extra care made me feel good that I wasn't going to be forgotten and left to sit and wait unnecessarily. Thank you for the little extra touches. This was my second visit in the week. Both were exceptional. More
