Poor communication and very misleading We called about a car that we liked but wanted to get the most information because we lived 5 hours away. We then called to get more and he gave us the details of the car and said it had been taken to a shop but should be back. We then called again on the way to make sure and all was good. We then called once more as we were about an hour away and still all was good. We arrive, wait for about a half hour and look at other vehicles to kill time just to find out that the car is not there and a lady is buying it. More

Don't come here Husband and I were at the dealership for 7 hours. Communication between employees was extremely poor. Financial employee was extremely inadequate to do his job. He didn't know what forms to use and had my family I signing papers 3 days after the fact. And 3 weeks later they are having us sign forms STILL because the wrong forms were signed. I will never do business with them again. More

Nice Salesmen, Sloppy on the Details I purchased a 2016 Camry. I had a nice salesman and felt well taken care of in the shopping part of the process. I purchased the car outright and thus I purchased a 2016 Camry. I had a nice salesman and felt well taken care of in the shopping part of the process. I purchased the car outright and thus didn't need financing. However, my financing experience (i.e. paperwork and details) was poor. The financing person I spoke with was indelicate (pejoratively spoke about certain kinds of people, little did she know I was one of those people). Moreover, I was pressured to renounce my legal rights to recourse in court by signing a binding arbitration agreement. I reluctantly signed because my purchase price was so good. I was later told by the sales manager that I had no obligation to sign. Moreover, the VIN number on all of my paperwork was incorrect so I had to come back to correct the details. It might have been okay and I may shop there again but I would be very careful if I were you before you decide to purchase at Toyota of Fayetteville. The salesmen have little say in the purchase price of your vehicle and the internal communication is wanting. Make sure you read everything very carefully, check every detail yourself, and realize that what's good for the dealership isn't always what's good for you! More

Service Department employees nly pretend to service cars After running out of windshield fluid just days after the car was "serviced", a Service Manager and I did some looking around to see if anything else After running out of windshield fluid just days after the car was "serviced", a Service Manager and I did some looking around to see if anything else was missed. In short, yes everything was. They even made up numbers on tire tread. Service manager agreed the "inspection point checklist" was"pencil whipped" to say everything was ok when it was clear it wasn't. I wonder what they are wvwn doing back there. Service manager said hey have a high turnover for maintenance men because they aren't paid enough. NOT my problem. Pay them enough to have reliable people! More
