I called to schedule a oil change I was booked two weeks later for 9 am. I pulled the car in at 8:55 am . At 11:00I decided to ask one of the men in the service department how much longer . The gentleman wa later for 9 am. I pulled the car in at 8:55 am . At 11:00I decided to ask one of the men in the service department how much longer . The gentleman was not very polite. He explained to me that mine might be next to into the bay. I said ohh gosh I am just getting a oil change. He proceeded to tell me in a annoyed tone that he has alot of people waiting and only one doing it. I said ok thank you and say back down. It is now 12:30 and still waiting. I thought oil changes were quick and easy. I would understand this type of wait if I hadn't scheduled a time to come in. I even made it a early appointment so I didn't ha e Soo many people ahead of me. My husband has a Honda and takes it to the dealership and they offer a insensitive to get oil changes done there by giving away a free oil change after so many done. What is my insensitive for bring my car in to Toyota? So far none. More
Would not Recommend for anyone who has a warranty they will try everything possible to void it. Service will also become very defensive when you ask a lot of questions. It’s not like I hate dealerships bu will try everything possible to void it. Service will also become very defensive when you ask a lot of questions. It’s not like I hate dealerships but if it is my first time dealing with them yes I’ll be a little more cautious and they should understand that and they were giving me so much trouble finally I just said I’ll pay their $80 diagnostic fee and be done with them. I also was having them replace a tire not on warranty and now the sensor trips from time to time and it still has good tire pressure. Also something was not done right with replacement of tire because I had to replace front tires after they wore down due to alignment being out months later. More
