This was probably the worse dealer/salesperson interaction I've ever had when buying (or in this case, attempting to buy) a new car. She did not introduce herself, was realtively rude, seemed to be annoyed that I was a very informed and well-researched buyer (I think I knew more about the product than she did by a long shot). I walked in prepared and ready to open my checkbook. In 20 minutes, she gave my wife and I the bum's rush out of the showroom. Where do you think my money went? Yep, another dealer 30 miles south, who COULD NOT have been more pleasant, accommodating, professional and respectful....all the things that Joi was not. More
Worked with Ann for the sale and price, great to deal with, probably the best experience I had with a salesperson for my whole search. Car is great however they charged me more for the extended warranty. I'm gonna assume the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing. Kim in the finance office said it was $15 more a month on a 60 month loan, thats $900, rechecked my payment 2 days later and knew something was off. Checked my paper and it was $1500!! Hmmm, that's a huge error and I doubt Kim in finance is that incompetant. I believe she intentionally did that, or was instructed to do that. Ask for the refund and said the bank would have a check in a week, been 3 weeks now. I would of given them 5 stars if it wasn't for this. However the best part, Kim forgot to have me sign the warranty contract, which wasn't through toyota like they said, so they are charging me for something I didn't agree too. She also couldn't clearly explain the length and what it covered. For $900 I would of taken it, but for $1500, I'll take my chances. I hope they see this, if they make up for this I'll post a stellar follow up. I know they'll know exactly who this is. Eric 2005 Prius More
