What started out as less than stellar ended as well as could be hoped for. Ian Mack, in the Service Dept, listened to our concerns and seemed to understand our frustration. Although the decision was made to have the job finished elsewhere due to travel-time constraints, Ian proposed and fulfilled a solution that was agreeable to all involved. We have used Toyota of Easley for many years despite the long drive that we could avoid by using the much closer dealership. We have done that because they have always been clearly better than their competition. Looking forward to doing business with Toyota of Easley in the future.
