Service appointment I had an 8 am appointment on a Saturday they were ready for me when I arrived and was given a time frame for my visit. They preformed not only my scheduled maintenance but also a recall in less time than I was told which has never happened at any other dealership. Every one was professional and the waiting area was clean and had complimentary coffee I have been a Ford man all my life but after my experience with Toyota of Easley I will never purchase any where else or have the maintenance on my vehicles any where else and it’s a 30 minute drive for me to get there. But well worth it More

No follow up, or execution After calling to verify they could work on my Lexus 470 LX, brought vehicle to them(90 minute drive from Highlands). Gave them very specific informat After calling to verify they could work on my Lexus 470 LX, brought vehicle to them(90 minute drive from Highlands). Gave them very specific information, as to the issue. A series of warning lights came on and would come back on after resetting, once the vehicle was driven 24 miles. I asked for them to speficially test drive the vehicle after working on the vehicle for at least 25 miles, to make sure lights did not come back on. They told me it was the Oxygen Sensor...and they gave me a list of other needed maintenance..which I agreed to. They keep the car a week. Got the call to come and pick up. Picked up, drove it 24 miles and light right back on..I checked the odometer..they did. not test drive as I requested. I left a detailed message for their Service Manager, Mr. Muldoon, and a detailed email, via their customer feedback page. I never heard form anyone. Plean on contacting the owner, Mr. Norris. Follow up and execution is not existent. Friendly staff, just no culture of follow through. Don More

Horrible Service Experience I am extremely dissatisfied with my service experience at Toyota of Easley. I bought a brand new 2018 Toyota 4Runner back in January. After a certain I am extremely dissatisfied with my service experience at Toyota of Easley. I bought a brand new 2018 Toyota 4Runner back in January. After a certain amount miles I took my car in for it’s first maintenance, and it went fine, they told me my car was ready to go. No issue there. But this past Monday I took my car in for it’s 2nd maintenance, as the car dashboard was saying that maintenance was required, once again due to the miles. So like two days before my scheduled appointment, I started seeing on my dashboard that one of my tires has low tire pressure; so when I went in for my appointment I told them if they could put air in my tire. Once they were done doing the maintenance on my car, they told me that they had bad news, i needed a new tire! I was in complete shock because like I stated, I’ve only had my car for 9 months. I have NEVER heard of someone needed a new tire after only 9 months of having a new tire. The guy then proceeded to telling me that it’s because there’s a plug on my tire, which is letting out air, and they can’t plug it again so therefore I need a new tire. And this hit me as a double shock because when in heck was my tire plugged? If this is only the second time I take my car for maintenance, and i was NEVER told by anyone that a plug was put on one of my tires. None of this made sense to me because that means either they sold me a BRAND NEW care with a USED tire, or my tire was plugged and no one told me. So I’m trying to dispute the fact that they’re expecting me to buy a brand new tire after 9mths because of a plug I didn’t even know I had. They’re saying that they have no records of them plugging up my tire, so therefore I have to buy one!! How the heck is it my fault that someone plugged my tire and didn’t leave no record of it?!? Now they want me to pay out my OWN pocket for their mistake?! This is the first car I have ever purchased, and it has turned into a complete headache!! I have never been treated this way before. I am in complete awe of the lack of responsibility that this dealership is willing to take! More
