Poor customer service; told I needed new tires due to a nail that couldn't be removed; took it 5 miles down the street and was told my tires were in excellent condition and it could be patched; paid $15 an nail that couldn't be removed; took it 5 miles down the street and was told my tires were in excellent condition and it could be patched; paid $15 and eaited only 15 mins instead of over $200; shame on Toyota; service tech was rude and cold; lost my business and was thinking about buying a new car next week from there More
