Ok, I’m probably labeled as a Karen in the Computer system at EASLEY Toyota – – I had complained six months ago or whenever it was about the timeliness and not being kept abreast of what was happening system at EASLEY Toyota – – I had complained six months ago or whenever it was about the timeliness and not being kept abreast of what was happening while I was waiting for my car service. This time everything went fine, Timeliness was good. I was puzzled though when I got home and on my invoice/bill it said I had refused a brake job on my back brakes; I had not been asked about brakes. They did oil change and regular check, I came out to the counter and he told me 8995 the standard price for oil change I believe– – no mention of brakes I tried emailing the young man who had waited on me – – yes, I could have called. How was not overly worried about my brakes, just do wonder why that was on my bill when nothing was related to me about needing brakes. No, no charge for brakes – – just a comment about me refusing breaks. I’m really not a hard to get along with customer, just want Oh upfront honesty at all times. Your maintenance scheduling system is good, everyone is friendly, and it seems like everything is done well; Just this one puzzle. I do not mind a call. More

I I did not follow up with a phone call, but I am still a little puzzled. I do not remember the young man’s name at this time: I am not upset just puzzled if someone wants to call me that’s fine.
