My appointment was absolutely perfect. I have never had a bad experience at Toyota of Easley. I drive 45 minutes both ways and it’s absolutely worth it. I have never had a bad experience at Toyota of Easley. I drive 45 minutes both ways and it’s absolutely worth it. More
I have used this dealership for over 20 years. Purchased new and used, had all my service done there. Reliable and good service. Purchased new and used, had all my service done there. Reliable and good service. More
Best dealer in the upstate. Service department is top notch with lots of experience. I have been working with them for the past 10 years and they always treat me right. The service managers are very nice. The wait is too long for a simple service appt and it's too expensive but everything these days is too expensive. The wait is too long for a simple service appt and it's too expensive but everything these days is too expensive. More

For instance, once they left tools in the engine compartment that I didn't find until I got home, and once they left a plastic container they used to catch oil that the fan would hit and it sounded like my engine was knocking. This last time, I had the tires rotated and balanced, and the tire pressure warning light lit up halfway home. Also - the coffee is terrible. Good coffee goes a long way! Otherwise, I've always had good service. More
I took my 2024 Hybrid Corolla in for a 20K service. When I asked the service rep about cleaning my HV battery cooling intake filter, he said my vehicle didn't have one. It does. My actual vehicle mil When I asked the service rep about cleaning my HV battery cooling intake filter, he said my vehicle didn't have one. It does. My actual vehicle mileage is not recorded correctly on my hardcopy maintenance log and a even a different mileage was recorded on my work order; so there are 3 different mileages for this service: actual, hard copy maintenance log, and Toyota work order. If I experienced this level of incompetence before a mechanic even touched my car, what happened in the back that I couldn't correct/monitor? I shudder. I will not return, nor recommend, Toyota of Easley to anyone. More
