Mr. Mavis sent me an email with a truck that was EXACTLY what I was looking for, no more, no less. He was the only one to do that (I searched/contacted dealerships within a 250 mile radius of Augusta, GA). I spoke on the phone with Mr. Mavis a couple times, and he gave me very clear answers to all of my questions. Mr. Mavis treated me with respect (which as a female, I don't always get at a dealership), and I never felt pressured to buy. We decided to drive the 2.5 hours up to Toyota of Easley and purchase the truck. Everyone was very friendly, and the process was quick and efficient. They gave me a great offer on my trade-in.
