I was so thankful we found this dealership 3 weekends I spent riding to dealerships to be disappointed. We pulled in and I told him I was just looking I knew what I wanted, I didn’t want a pushy salesman, spent riding to dealerships to be disappointed. Turned out he had the unicorn I was looking for. We test drove it fell in love talked numbers signed paperwork no back and forth straight to the point. I drove an hour to get a 2nd key that the dealer was providing for my used car. Once I checked in at the service desk, I didn't get a checkin text, or any updates, after nearly and hour, I went and che providing for my used car. Once I checked in at the service desk, I didn't get a checkin text, or any updates, after nearly and hour, I went and checked with the service rep and he confirmed they were working on making the key. Once completed the rep called me from the waiting room and walked me to my car, he used the key fobs and displayed they that both worked locking and unlocking the car, then handed them to me. I put them in my pocket and drove home. When I got home, I attempted to connect a keychain to the new FOB and discovered there was no physical key in the new FOB to connect the keyring. So, Now if they do provide a physical key, I will have to drive an hour to and from again so they can cut the physical key part of the FOB. More
