Easily made my appointment online which was followed by ample appointment reminders. The spacious waiting area offers free coffee and bottles of water, three tvs (one is in the children's area), free wi-fi ample appointment reminders. We were quoted an estimated time of one hour and the service was completed within minutes of that time frame.
