A fantastic experience shopping for a used Toyota Tundra with Mike Abbott. We made several visits to test drive three different vehicles. I am an "information hound" and do my research before shopping, so with Mike Abbott. We made several visits to test drive three different vehicles. I am an "information hound" and do my research before shopping, so I was very impressed with Mike's very deep and helpful product knowledge about the various model years, trim levels, and options we considered. He answered every question we had (and we had a lot!) When we found the right vehicle for us, the purchase process was equally great, with Mike guiding us through negotiations and then handing us off to Walker in finance who was also helpful and clear. In summary, it was such a good experience we are trying to think of friends we can refer to Mike, so they can see what we have been talking about! Similarly, it was such a good overall experience with the dealership that we plan to make the drive from Greenville to have the truck serviced at Toyota of Easley as much as possible. More
