Whew i was bringing my car in for service i was told that the stink comming out of my A/C was not coververed on a new car. After talking to the owner they fixxed it but at the same time the seals around my r the stink comming out of my A/C was not coververed on a new car. Took it back for the third time and the man at service was very rude and said they would not fixx it. The service mannager got involved and ordered the seals. Why should you have to go through this to get a car fixxed under warenty. More
From the time we pulled into the parking lot everyone we met or passed was extremely friendly. I found the prices a little cheaper on the internet from tire rack but the experience with Mike was worth the extra cost . Mr Norris assisted me from the beginning of my search & was so gracious to search for a car that had the exact options I wanted. I truly appreciated being treated like an intelligent buyer rather than a single female sucker. Buying a car and going to the Dentist are two of my most un-favorite experiences and Toyota of Easley prov buyer rather than a single female sucker. Buying a car and going to the Dentist are two of my most un-favorite experiences and Toyota of Easley proved me wrong. I like being educated on cars and Philip Owens did that quite well in a non-aggressive manner. He had a soft sell manner that works best with me. That is why he and Toyota of Easley will get my business as well as referrals. Now, as soon as I was trasferred to the finance person the hard sell came on real strong. If anything causes me to run in the opposite direction it is being hammered with options I really need for another 2-3 thousand dollars that I was not expecting. He also contradicted Philip by saying I did not need to come back to Toyota of Easely for my maintenance and service (because I live about 15-20 miles away) and that I needed the extended warranty because he sees a lot of Toyota cars in the service department all the time. Needless to say I declined. I should have signed up for something and if he had educated me on costs to maintain the car with and without the extended warranty with examples in writing I probably would have picked something. More
