Employees are always very kind. I feel like there could be a more efficient way to check in customers. My wait was ridiculous, I was there for about 3 hours. An hour was just sitting there and no one told me anything about my truck. I had to go and ask an advisor what was taking so long with my truck, my o An hour was just sitting there and no one told me anything about my truck. I had to go and ask an advisor what was taking so long with my truck, my original advisor was gone to lunch and I was just left sitting . Someone should have filled in for her to advise me about my status . I think I should have gotten a discount for the situation, but no, they billed me full price . This was the worse experience I’ve ever had at any dealership. More
