Mr. Mavis sent me an email with a truck that was EXACTLY what I was looking for, no more, no less. He was the only one to do that (I searched/contacted dealerships within a 250 mile radius of Augusta, GA). I spoke on the phone with Mr. Mavis a couple times, and he gave me very clear answers to all of my questions. Mr. Mavis treated me with respect (which as a female, I don't always get at a dealership), and I never felt pressured to buy.
