They are always so friendly. It is consistent and I appreciate that. My only concern is that every time I take it in they want to do more than I want. Where do I start? TL;DR version, the quintessentially bad used car experience you've come to expect, exacerbated by the Southern good 'ol boy schtick. Would I buy anot TL;DR version, the quintessentially bad used car experience you've come to expect, exacerbated by the Southern good 'ol boy schtick. Would I buy another car there? He|| NO. I'm in the process of documenting this experience in detail for public consumption on a website, but I'll summarize here. They wasted my time repeatedly, and they didn't do what they said they would when they said they would do it. You know when you are buying a used car, it's a used car. However, I pointed out several issues with the car within 5 minutes of seeing it. Body work problems, interior problems, mechanical problems. Not much of this was disputed, but they said they would fix it, repeatedly, and even got it in writing. I even let them give a sucker trade-in value on a near pristine Corvette thinking they would hold up their end. Sucker-me. I made multiple (5) 80 mile round trips to the dealership in a week, giving them ample opportunities to fix it, and they didn't do it. As soon as they got my check, everyone disappeared and started acting like they had no idea what the problems were that they were supposed to fix. There is no sin greater, no trespass more He||-worthy than wasting my time, and they did it repeatedly. One of the biggest issues I had was that there was a horrible vibration in the steering wheel that was clearly an alignment & balance problem. I asked repeatedly about getting this fixed, and it went nowhere. The CarFax report they gave me indicated they had serviced the vehicle and done an alignment/balance and replaced two tires. Well, after getting nowhere with them, I took it to Firestone to have the alignment and balance checked, and either they didn't do an alignment, or the guy that did it was drunk. The right front wheel caster was out 6 full degrees, and toe, caster, and steer ahead were also out on BOTH wheels. The tires couldn't be road force balanced, I had to buy 4 new ones, all told $1600. They also let the car leave the dealership with a MAJOR recall issue not addressed that they KNEW about, that could result in engine cutoff at highway speeds. So, I highly recommend nobody trust anything they say or do with vehicle service. And to any of the dealership employees reading this, DON'T BOTHER CONTACTING ME, I'm so angry, I honestly cannot guarantee safe behavior around you. I hope they enjoy whatever money they made, because they made an enemy for life, and I have a memory long as train smoke. More
I recently purchased a new 2025 Toyota Crown from Toyota of Easley, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. From start to finish, everything was handled with professionalism, efficiency, and gen of Easley, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. From start to finish, everything was handled with professionalism, efficiency, and genuine care. Tommy Norris, the owner, is such a pleasant and down-to-earth gentleman. Even though he runs a large and successful business here in the community, he still goes out of his way to personally meet, greet, and spend a few minutes talking with customers. That kind of personal touch really stood out and made the experience even more memorable. Rich Kirby, the sales manager, ensured everything moved along smoothly. He was attentive, organized, and made the whole process seamless. My sales representative, Michael Abbott, was fantastic. He was knowledgeable, patient, and truly listened to what I was looking for. He walked me through all the features of the Crown and made sure I felt comfortable and confident every step of the way—never any pressure, just helpful guidance. I also want to highlight Endy Gamboa, the finance manager, who was great to work with. He was very thorough in explaining all the paperwork and made sure I understood every detail before signing. The whole financing process was smooth and straightforward, thanks to his professionalism. I love my 2025 Toyota Crown, and I left the dealership feeling confident and well taken care of. I highly recommend Toyota of Easley to anyone looking for a top-notch car-buying experience. This team truly goes above and beyond! More
