I took my truck in to get the brakes redone and I had a coupon they refused to use a coupon that I had and the manager told me that they were in it to make the money when the coupon said it was good in Al coupon they refused to use a coupon that I had and the manager told me that they were in it to make the money when the coupon said it was good in Alabama and Florida it was a nationwide coupon but they said they were not a participating dealer this is very upsetting More

Buying and Service I recently purchased a 2018 Toyota from Toyota of Dothan. My sales person was Caleb Long. He was very knowledgeable on the particular vehicle I was I recently purchased a 2018 Toyota from Toyota of Dothan. My sales person was Caleb Long. He was very knowledgeable on the particular vehicle I was interested in. I was scheduled to visit another dealership that day but, after talking with Caleb I saw no reason to continue shopping. He worked very hard to get the deal I had in mind. Today, June 17 2019 I took my vehicle for the 6 month service check. No problems! Checks, Service, wash and detail, in two hours. Service Department We went in for tire rotation and oil change. in February. We did not need an oil change as I have synthetic oil. They did the tire rotation and apparently, we needed to have the back breaks replaced. They called to let us know and then told us that our drive belt was cracked and needed to be replaced also. As we did not have the money for both we replaced the breaks. We wanted to get a second opinion on the drive belt and price as Toyota is very expensive. The mechanic, who we know and trust, told us our belt looked almost new! My question is does the service department lie to get more money? I am very disappointed and will not be using their service anymore. The fact that they blatantly lied disappoints me greatly. I do like the sales staff and they have always done us right and I love my Venza! More
Found lost item Had lost valuable item in vehicle. It was small and we could not find anywhere. They would not accept any payment and thanked us for being a customer. Service does not get any better than that! More

Mon, Apr 30 called for service at least ten times but no one pickup the call. At times the operator asked for my tel nr and said someone from svc would contact me. Went to TofD chat and requested a svc apt, he replied that someone fr svc would contact me. As of Fri, 4 May no one contacted me via email or telephone. Went to Jim Whaley for service. Interesting that my wife is interested in purchasing a new Toyota van....maybe Bondy's Toyota of Enterprise! More
