Shall I just say WOW!! My husband, Bruce and I went there just to look at what they had on the lot; we were looking for a gas economical and affordable used car. We were met and greeted by Mr. Kevin Woodall, who exuberated friendliness, knowledge, and above all a willingness to help us find the correct vehicle to suit our needs. We only had one disappointment and that was that the dealership was having a blowout sale and had moved most of their inventory to the Walmart. Before the end of the day-- the disappointment became a vague blip as we not only purchased a 2012 Scion IQ, but a 2012 Toyota Tundra truck. Talk about BLOWOUT SALE! We were over-whelmed and so appreciative of the deal that they had put together for us. I would like to mention Mr. Ashley Givens who we handed some of the hardest circumstances in order to make the deal happen. My compliments to him as he is one of the most amazing magicians. And I would also like to mention, Mr. Chris Kramer as one of the nicest financial people I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. This was one AMAZING experience and I hope that everyone who reads this review will take the opportunity to go and meet these people at this dealership. They were more then professional; they were out to make some new friends for a lifetime. And if they sold a car well that was just icing on the cake. Ed Lewis is the best salesman my wife and I dealt with in searching for a new car. We visited four other dealerships and the reason we bought our car from Toyota of Dothan was Ed Lewis. He knew everything about the Venza we purchased and explained it in a way that was easily understood. He went above and beyond all of our expectations. All of our family and friends will hear about this remarkable young man. Kudos also to the men who hired him and trained him. The facility is wonderfully clean and inviting. A couple of recommendations would be (1)to cut down on time spent "haggling over price". If a customer says this is what I can do and no more then that needs to be respected.(2)Train the staff in the rental car area to be as positive as Ed. Because of his positive attitude and knowledge we will recommend your dealership and return in the future. More
I purchased a 2012 Toyota 4Runner Limited with Mickey Miller as my sales consultant. After searching around from Fort Walton Beach, Pensacola, and Panama City I made the drive. The dealership rivals Sams Club in both size and selection and has a nice small town Southern feel. Everything I was promised was delivered with a fair price. Mickey is very knowledgeable about the vehicle features and capabilities and really help me decide what vehicle would best suit my needs, instead of just selling me a car. Overall I was impressed and will make the drive in the future. More

The experience was great, and the only suggestions would be: 1. Better/more accurate estimation of time (when ordering a car) and 2. Try not to make too many mistakes on the paperwork, so that a new form isn't needed (gotta love paperwork, right Steve ;) More
