Buying and Service I recently purchased a 2018 Toyota from Toyota of Dothan. My sales person was Caleb Long. He was very knowledgeable on the particular vehicle I was I recently purchased a 2018 Toyota from Toyota of Dothan. My sales person was Caleb Long. He was very knowledgeable on the particular vehicle I was interested in. I was scheduled to visit another dealership that day but, after talking with Caleb I saw no reason to continue shopping. He worked very hard to get the deal I had in mind. Today, June 17 2019 I took my vehicle for the 6 month service check. No problems! Checks, Service, wash and detail, in two hours. Worst sales experience Stopped in to look at and test drive a new four runner and was helped by what I though a sales man or women named Jennifer. Shortly after being there Stopped in to look at and test drive a new four runner and was helped by what I though a sales man or women named Jennifer. Shortly after being there I realized Jennifer was not a very good sales person and new absolutely nothing about the vehicle or prices. She’s been there for 7 months by the way. The way she explained it to me is they have a sales manager and all the people in the lot are his little pons that just show you cars but know absolutely nothing. Every question was answered with I don’t know you will have to talk to the manager. So with my questions I went to the manager Alan. Alan spent more time out of the room with other people then in the room with me leaving me in there will all my questions with no answer Jennifer. So once Alan brought me a price he had a price of the vehicle over two thousand dollars more than the sticker price on the four runner. When the price got brought up he said the sticker on the car was wrong and all there cars had the wrong sticker on them that they are supposed to be higher. He said Jennifer is supposed to let customers know that but she didn’t know her self. He brought back numbers and what ever he did and had the four runner going to be financed for 48 months and a monthly payment of 997 to 1025. Who in there right mind would pay that much for a vehicle a month when you have to option to finance for 5 and 6 years for a lower monthly payment. He acted like him being in. My presence was a gift to me and and acted like he didn’t care about selling cars. There process of inexperienced people in the lot that have to bring you back to someone else to answer your question is a complete waist of time. I will not purchase a Toyota because of these two people and the process their dealership has of selling cars. At least at bondys ford in Dothan the dealer walking around the parking a lot with you sweating in the heat with you while you make your decision is the one that answers all the questions and actually sells you the vehicle you want for the price listed on the window sticker on the car More

Service Department We went in for tire rotation and oil change. in February. We did not need an oil change as I have synthetic oil. They did the tire rotation and apparently, we needed to have the back breaks replaced. They called to let us know and then told us that our drive belt was cracked and needed to be replaced also. As we did not have the money for both we replaced the breaks. We wanted to get a second opinion on the drive belt and price as Toyota is very expensive. The mechanic, who we know and trust, told us our belt looked almost new! My question is does the service department lie to get more money? I am very disappointed and will not be using their service anymore. The fact that they blatantly lied disappoints me greatly. I do like the sales staff and they have always done us right and I love my Venza! More
HORRIBLE AND SHADY BAD BUSINESS RIP-OFF I gave them bad ratings on Facebook because they sold me a piece of junk. They asked me to remove the bad rating and negative comments so I did. They immediately blocked me from thier Facebook page. They are VERY SHADY. NO WONDER THIER RATINGS ARE SO HIGH BECAUSE THEY BLOCK SOME FOLKS FROM POSTING ON THERE!!! THEY ACTUALLY JUST PISSED MY WHOLE FAMILY OFF AND WE WILL NEVER BE BACK ALL 5 OF US!!! Do not recommend I had a very friendly and nice salesman however the shot callers above him were not. We agreed on a monthly price after they ran my credit and took al I had a very friendly and nice salesman however the shot callers above him were not. We agreed on a monthly price after they ran my credit and took all of my info they needed. They texted me and said they had gotten to where i wanted and to come pickup my truck, i still have the text. So i took off of work and drove from out of state. When i got there they told me it would be 50 more per month than what we agreed on. Needless to say i left the truck with them. These practices may or may not represent their business but it defines my experience with them and i would not reccomend them. More

I was ripped off and lied to. I was ripped off, lied to and then blocked on Facebook for giving a negative review. I was told the vehicle was inspected. My mechanic said the vehicle has never even had a spark plug changed since 2004!! It has been a bottomless money pit!! I dont recommend Toyota of Dothan at all!! I will be making a new Facebook page to make my negative review again and I will definitely tell everyone how I was lied to and sold a lemon. The car was also way over priced. How can a vehicle be thoroughly inspected and sold the same day within hours. My mechanic is willing to put in writing the absolute horrific condition of the vehicle. Y'all sell some garbage!! More
