Disapointing. I shopped a 2015 Camry with this dealership, I asked for the same discount that I saw online for Camrys in Atlanta. They said they'd come close, but s I shopped a 2015 Camry with this dealership, I asked for the same discount that I saw online for Camrys in Atlanta. They said they'd come close, but since they don't charge the same $800 doc fee as they do n Atlanta, they couldn't match it exactly. I said ok, lets see what you can do. So they showed a price that had almost the same discount. But the bottom line was still wrong. It turns out that they added a mysterious $1000 or so admin fee to the MSRP, in addition to the $400 doc fee. That's right, they tried to have me pay $1400 to process my purchase, while telling me how Atlanta dealerships are over charging the document fee. Then they tried to hide it in the MSRP. What a bunch of lie in your face crooks. What tipped me off is that the sales manager asked me to verify the numbers 3 times. The first time I thought he was being professional, the second time I knew something was up, and by the third time I had figured it out. They also low balled me $3000 on my trade assessment. So I went to Bondy's in Enterprise, right of the bat, I got what I wanted for my trade, which was what I owed on it. With some haggling I also got the deal I was looking for on the 2015 Camry. This was back in April; I surprisingly found myself in the market again in late May when I got an offer I could not refuse on my 2006 sedan. I ended up buying a 2015 Corolla from Bondy's by walking in and making an offer compared to what I saw online. There was minimal b.s. and haggling, we came to an agreement and I bought my second car from them in 3 months. The irony for Toyota of Dothan, is that they called me after I had agreed to buy the 2015 Camry from Bondy's; and gave a price that I would have accepted on day 1. But by then I would have never .. ever bought from them, and they lost the sale on two cars from me. More

And having to speak to several others. She wasn't very knowledgeable and bluffed her way through specs of the vehicle. She was a real disappointment. And Toyota for having under qualified sales people and the service department what a joke needed a bearing for a specific bearing this moron tried to tell me I had to buy the whole pump...300... Called enterprise Toyota got my new van and the part I needed for 28.00 not 300.00 this place is a joke However the tall finance guy was very polite and nice should keep him around but the other two need training or other jobs More

Totally unexpected!!!! My wife and I are from Kentucky. We were in Dothan visiting family for the 4th of July. I had NO INTREST in buying a vehicle. I just wanted to see what the price differences were from Dothan to home in Kentucky. Christi Davis came to greet us. I explained up front we were just looking, but she was still very gracious in showing us the cars. I wanted to just leave but she insisted on just coming in for a bottle of water and giving us a business card. I still said no thanks and started walking to the car. So my wife said she would go get it. I pulled up front to pick her up and I noticed the Sales manager talking to her so I thought I better go in to get her LOL!! She told me to talk to the Manager. So I told him my story how I was 2000 dollars under water with my car, the inside door handle on the drivers side was broken and we had claimed bankruptcy just a year ago. We were in NO POSITION to be talking new cars. Plus, we were on vacation so we had NO EXTRA MONEY to put on a down payment for anything. He said quote "You haven't told me anything to scare me yet." His name was Steve I think. I told him I didn't want any hard pulls on my credit if I'm not interested in buying. He said he could basically peak at our credit with out actually doing a hard pull to see where we were. Good thing I let him. Our scores were about SIXTY POINTS HIGHER than anything we had gotten in Kentucky. That changed the game. He said just give me a few minutes to crunch some numbers and see were we are. The next thing I knew Christi was showing my wife a new Camry. I asked what they were doing and my wife told me the Sales manager told Christi to show us our new car. In the end they not only gave us enough to pay off our car(I think due to low mileage and care of the car) they were able to finance the new car and all the taxes without ANYTHING DOWN. So I drove in just price shopping and drove out in a new Camry WITHOUT COSTING ME A DIME out of my pocket that day!!! I am now if the car I always wanted and I am saving about 10 dollars a month from my old car. Christi was so sweet and she answered everything I wanted to know before we made the sale. They both(Christi and the sales manager) really went the extra mile to see we were taken care of. I will definitely return for my next car. I even have free oil changes and tire rotation every 10000 miles. On a side note I dip snuff. When I went in initially to get my wife another salesman came by to hand me a cup with tissue in it for spitting my tobacco. LOL!!! Just though I'd mention it to show we were taken care of in EVERY way. More

He showed multiple times that he cares about the company and that it's not all about the money sales, but the experience and satisfaction of his customers. The crew that we worked with at the dealership were super friendly. We definitely had a great experience and would highly recommend choosing them and Josh for any vehicle purchase! More

When I got there there was NO TRUCK, they said it was at another lot 35 miles away, to go eat lunch and it would be there when I got back. I waited 3 HOURS, TOTALLY UNCALLED FOR !!!!!!!!!! Then he offers me 14 k for a trade that booked out on NADA AND KELLY for 18 to 20 k.!!!!!! Save yourself a trip, a TOTAL WASTE of time, would not recommend this dealer!!!!!!!!! More

She was warned not to drive the car any further and the engine would have to come out to effect repairs. She rented a car to get from Dothan to home in Panama City on this advice. She called me to get my opinion and I told to have the car towed to Reinhart Lexus in Montgomery to get a second opinion. Lexus could find no problem with her car. We will be contacting the proper authorities to insure that this situation will never be inflicted on another unsuspecting victim of Toyota of Dothan More
Salesman of integrity. Mr Hernandez greeted us with a smile and handshake. He was informative about the vehicle we were looking at. I was really impressed with the professionalism that Mr Hernandez showed during the whole transaction. Yes I would definitely recommend Toyota of Dothan as the dealership to buy from. I would also recommend Josh Hernandez as the salesman to do business with. Mr Hernandez called during the next week to ask how everything was and how we were enjoying our new ride. That is one quality that tells a customer they are not forgotten after they walk off the premises. Josh you are a 10 in our book. He was very friendly and worked with us to find exactly the right car the wife wanted to drive home in. He took the time to get us the right car, right price, right now. When all was agreed with, we visited with Mr. Kramer. He too, was very courteous and professional while getting all the paperwork completed to get us home in our new car. I would definitely recommend this dealer to anyone in the market for their next vehicle of choice. More
I normally don't like dealing with a dealership. You get the run around and often feel like you have been smoothed talked. That is not true with Toyota of Dothan. I drove by. Saw a car. He was professional and courteous all the way. He got answers to all my questions. He was insistent that he wanted to earn my business. He took my offer to the manager. No need for the manager to come talk to me. Josh got the job done. They met all my demands. When I did drive away and have a tire pressure sensor go by, they wanted to get it corrected at their own expense. Jason was a super gracious service employee. But I really can't say enough about Josh. He feels like family. I know I can call on him anytime and will when the time comes for a new / newer car. More
