I have taken it to the delership 3 or 4 times for routine service and preventive maintenence. Every visit, we get the same curteous greeting & service.. I was a Parts Dept. Mgr. for a Toyota dealership in Iowa for 15 years,(1983-1998). and winner of Toyota's Parts Excellence Award 11 of those years. . This dealership operates as any dealership should. Nothing but professionals here. Starating with the drive in service writer stations loaded with friendly professionals. Every time my wife & I driveaway, I tell her, "That's how a dealeship is supposed to operate." Their troiphy case in the customer service waiting area tells the story. I had previously purchSED certified Tundra Crew cab truck a few years ago and brought my daughter in who purchased a new Camry. She has the sam opinion I have toward the dealership.
