Serviced my car sooner than scheduled!! I had intended to do an overnight drop off for an oil change and tire rotation, but they went ahead and did the service on the spot to save me extra t I had intended to do an overnight drop off for an oil change and tire rotation, but they went ahead and did the service on the spot to save me extra trips to the dealership the next day. It was great for me when dealing with three kids and soccer schedules, etc. I had a coupon for the oil change and got a free tire rotation all for under $40. I always enjoy the full inspection they perform and their recommendations, I don't feel pressured to do anything or that they are looking for things to fix. The free car wash is also a bonus. I am very pleased with the service at Toyota of Des Moines. More

Oil change I went in for an oil change and to have them checked a plastic piece underneath my car that had come undone after hitting a pothole. He helped me imme I went in for an oil change and to have them checked a plastic piece underneath my car that had come undone after hitting a pothole. He helped me immediately, as soon as the car was looked at he came and informed me of the price to replace the rivets for the plastic piece, and the oil change was handled very speedily. I was in and out of the dealership in 40 minutes More

Dependable good service I went for a routine oil change and mentioned that I had 2 tires with slow leaks. They discovered a nail in each tire and fixed both. Great service! I took my car in to get the cruise control fixed and to have a new battery installed. Unfortunately, they couldn't fix the cruse control but they did I took my car in to get the cruise control fixed and to have a new battery installed. I'm grateful that they didn't charge me for the labor on the cruise control because it probably would have been over $250.00. More
