I give Jim McNatt Toyota Five stars for a number of reasons including quality of service, quality of people, and willingness to work out a great all around deal. My history goes back to the purchase of my 2005 Tundra and 2 other vehicles. My most recent visit was for my second Prius. It was also the second time I worked with Karen. She is truly a great partner in buying a vehicle. Her general knowledge and experience is very useful and helpful in feeling comfortable with a new vehicle purchase. She made the investment in time to understand what I was looking for, find the vehicle I wanted, and explain all the details about my great new car. Closing the deal at Jim McNatt has been a painless process. The staff has been very fair with my trade-in, offered exceptional incentives going in, and great packages and financing coming out. The Jim McNatt Service Department has provided scheduled maintenance and service for all my Toyotas. I have always received great treatment and a good job at a fair price. Jim McNatt is an all around great dealership. It has great people, great facilities, and a great product. I left the lot in my 2011 Prius loving it and it gets better everyday. More
Bought a new Tundra from this dealership 11 years ago when they were small and on University Dr in Denton. Bought a new 2011 Tundra from same dealership with Karen as my saleswoman and COULD NOT BE HAPP when they were small and on University Dr in Denton. Bought a new 2011 Tundra from same dealership with Karen as my saleswoman and COULD NOT BE HAPPIER...She was very knowledgeable about the truck and was very efficient and professional. They definetly need to give Karen a big promotion, but...then they would be losing their best salesperson. When I buy my next Tundra it will be definetly from Jim McNatt, and hopefully Karen Severance will be my salesperson. The service dept has always been totally honest and very professional with each and every visit I've had. I have sent many friends to this dealership and they also have had very good experiences. simply the worst dealership experience ive had - i dont seem to learn my lesson - 3 times now they have amazed me with their supreme ability to be inept at what they are supposed to do - service my vehicle seem to learn my lesson - 3 times now they have amazed me with their supreme ability to be inept at what they are supposed to do - service my vehicle without a lot of repeat errors....this last time - Kat, a service associate proud to have been doing the same job for 20 years (if thats not a sign of incompetence i dont know what is) lost my key - lied 3 times as to its whereabouts - the 3rd version being "i put the key in your hand ...buddy" (funny how i went from {my name} to "buddy") so knowing i had her caught in a 3rd lie - i called the general manager - i asked if the service room had cameras recording ...he said 'yep' - so guess what? he watched the video - and low and behold - not only did she not put the "key in my hand" - she never came within 10 feet of me - so when i said - "ok, enough with the lies - now what?" they said get an attorney and sue them - simply a bunch of clowns - inept in the most simple tasks - so my truck got an $89 detail from mcsplatt toyota - and i bought another key - FROM LEWISVILLE TOYOTA! I will drive 30 minutes right past mcnatt to the lewisville dealership before i would accept a free beer from those people - hey, i have 2 other stories just as bewildering as that. being lied to - looking at the video which proved i was right - and then to be told to just go away - i would think it hilarious...had the key not been $140! More

He LISTENED. Bettered Edmunds.com quote. He sent a personal email, not a mass generated one. When we went for a test drive, I said, "You're not like other auto sales people I've worked with. You listen. You're quiet. You're knowledgeable but don't fire hose me. So this is what sales at McNatt looks like?" Rob responds, "I like to treat people the way I'd treat my parents." I believe it. All that plus he found my all-time favorite car--the specific car I asked for. Before I left, I met everyone. Justin, his colleague taught me how to drive the Prius. He went at my speed so I didn't feel rushed or like he had a deal waiting in the wings. And he probably did: I picked up my car on 12-31-09. Thanks Justin. After the hour and a half lesson, Justin introduced me to the service department leader, the body shop staff person (with an aside that I probably would never have to talk to him again except to say hi, no collisions for me!). I asked if Jim McNatt was ever around. Justin said, "Why yes, we just passed him, he's talking to those people right now." As I left, I got an apple-how hip is that? I bought a Prius! Rob and the guys must know that we fuel-sipping car lovers are green livers, so the fruit is a nice touch. I went home and told my husband who owns a Honda all about my experience. He'll be bringing his Honda to Jim McNatt for service from now on. SOLD AND THRILLED. More
As an out-of-state buyer who lives about 170 miles from Denton, Texas, I contacted Jim McNatt Toyota through its website to ask questions about a new 2010 4Runner Trail model that was not available with ou Denton, Texas, I contacted Jim McNatt Toyota through its website to ask questions about a new 2010 4Runner Trail model that was not available with our local dealerships. Justin Elliot was the Internet Sales Manager who responded to my questions. After responding to my specific questions, he unexpectedly emailed me a 5-minute video that he created on-the-spot in which he walked around the vehicle, pointed out all of the features (both interior and exterior) and basically gave me as close of an experience in examining the specific 4Runner that I was interested in as anyone could accomplish 170 miles away. So he was right on top of using the latest technology to provide long distance customers with a high level of comfort that the vehicle they are talking about is exactly as represented on the dealer website. Once I had confirmed that it was the vehicle I wanted to purchase if reasonable terms could be worked out, he continued to be just as service-oriented and knowledgeable about the product. Everything came together very quickly and with great ease. While some dealers who know that they have a limited edition model in high demand take a very hard-line "you can pay sticker price or we will sell it to someone else" attitude because of their leverage position, Justin worked out the terms with me as though I was a valued customer who needed to be treated right and we quickly worked out a final deal. I have bought 3 prior vehicles in Dallas and, in each of those instances, had to drive to Dallas to pick up the vehicle and close the deal. To my great surprise, Justin volunteered to drive the 4Runner the 170 miles to my office and we closed the deal up here, which saved me about 8 hours of time and several hundred dollars in one-way car rental expense, gas and cab fare from the DFW airport rental locations to the dealerhip (which I incurred with each of my 3 prior purchase of vehicles in the Dallas area). I have dealt with some great dealerships and salesmen in the past, but this was the best car buying experience I have ever had. I highly recommend Justin Elliot. More
I can honestly say that this was the best car buying experience that I have ever had. When I put in for a price quote I had several calls that day from several different dealerships asking for my bus experience that I have ever had. Rob sounded like a person who was confident and could get me in the car that I wanted with no problem. When I first talked to Rob he made sure to ask specific questions about what I wanted and assured me that he would have Justin get back to me quickly. Justin stayed intouch with me through email and phone calls. He was very helpful and I was thankful that he was not extremely pushy. My absolute favorite part of the sale was the video that Justin made for me. It was above and beyond anything that I could have expected. I loved the extra personal touch of my name and the sold sign in the window. I've got to say besides the great price and the Toyota name that this is what kept me from going to other dealerships to shop for more prices. Once my husband and I came in to sign the final paperwork everyone we came in contact with was very nice, welcoming, and appreciative of our business.
