Buying those cars was a pleasant experience because Lisa not only treat me as a special customer, but demonstrated a professionalism beyond raproach. She was not pushy in forcing me to buy this or that car and showed to be very knowledgeable on the fitures of the vehicles, patiently going though all the functioning electronic gadgets and expediting the documentation of the purchases, avoiding time waste at the dealership. Later on, when I had an accident in the road towards DFW Airport, she was very helpful in getting the help I needed for the vehicle.
