TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE It took over an hour and a half for my oil to be changed. After waiting an hour I was told that my car was being vaccumed and washed and it would be f It took over an hour and a half for my oil to be changed. After my car was completed fifteen minutes late no one came to retrieve me and I had to go and find my keys. When I returned to my car it was not washed or vaccumed. More

Following a few days to read the manuals we returned to the dealership where Raphael spent 2 to 3 hours working with us helping us to set up the systems, using the Entone 3.0 system and becoming familiar with the car. Most of the time I need to follow up to get an ETA on my car, but that's not a huge thing. It would be nice if they would take initiative on this piece before I've been sitting there over an hour.
