I drove from Jupiter down to your dealership for an oil change, and I learned that the free car wash is still broken on the last time I was there. Next, I went to go pay my bill and your dealership wants to charge me a 3% fee when I used a credit card. I find this very insulting. Your dealership has gone significantly downhill. I even tried to look up coupons to use against my bill, but I was unable to find any that I could use for a full synthetic oil change. Therefore, between unable to locate Coupons,; the car wash at a service, which includes you guys vacuuming the front of my Seats on the floor and cleaning the front windshield in addition to wanting to charge me a fee to use my credit card I think is insulting. I feel it is better for me to go somewhere else who will not charge me a fee to use a credit card; a free car wash along with vacuum and coupons that I could really use in these tough times we have today therefore I really feel you guys are telling me to go somewhere else More

I purchased a vehicle from this dealership on **February 28, 2025**, and almost immediately started experiencing serious mechanical issues. Within a week, I brought the car back due to severe engine vibration, possible alignment problems, and a broken backup camera. The service manager confirmed the issues and said they'd order the parts and call me back when a rental car was available. That never happened. I had to arrange my own ride with Enterprise, pay a $50 deposit (that I was never told about), and still had no clear timeline on repairs. When I picked up the car on **March 12**, I wasn’t given any explanation about what had been fixed. The check engine light came on immediately, and the car was shaking worse than before. After more back and forth with the sales manager and service team, I was finally given a Toyota rental—but only after multiple calls and complaints. Later, I found out (through my own calls to Alfa, where my car had been sent) that the vehicle needed a five-year service, a timing belt, spark plugs, and new rear brakes and rotors. Alfa told me they’d communicated this to the dealership, but Toyota only authorized a partial fix. When I finally got the car back again, it was still making noise. The brake rotors were replaced on **April 9**, but **less than a week later**, the check engine light came back on and the same engine tremble returned. To make matters worse, I requested to speak to the General Manager of the store and was told he would call me back on **April 13, 2025**. It’s now days later, and I still haven’t received a single call. This experience has been absolutely unacceptable. I’ve spent time, money, and energy chasing a resolution. I’ve missed work, paid for Ubers, lost sleep, and dealt with anxiety and stress—all because of a vehicle that was clearly not road-ready when it was sold to me. As a mother of two, I need a reliable vehicle. This car—and this dealership—have let me down at every turn. I’ve tried to be patient and reasonable, but the lack of communication, professionalism, and accountability has been beyond disappointing. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. I am still waiting on a meaningful resolution—and if I don’t receive one soon, I’ll be escalating this to corporate and seeking legal options. More
