I tried one of their competitors to make my husband happy. They were going to charge me more for an oil change and were going to take all day. Toyota charged less and were done in an hour. They bend over backwards to make things work for their customers and their support of local environmental organizations, especially those dealing with children's education, has been extraordinary. I cannot speak highly enough of this outstanding organization. Our family has had three Toyotas serviced there...every single time the service was excellent and the price very fair.
