They have called to notify me of warranty repairs that I would not have know of otherwise. Seems the staff stays around for years, which is a good sign. The boss even comes out to talk with customers and even to bring the car around. The shuttle service is great. No pressure to have service performed, only recommendations. Very knowledgeable people at the service desk. They listen and write down everything so there are no surprises and I haven't had to remind them to do anything. I will buy my next car here. More
