I am writing because of my experience with Dominic in the Parts Department. I looked all over for a center cap for the wheel of my Tacoma. The part was on back order. I called numerous Toyota dealerships Parts Department. I looked all over for a center cap for the wheel of my Tacoma. The part was on back order. I called numerous Toyota dealerships to no avail. I even went to another dealership to find out it was the wrong part. I was told they had the part at Dartmouth Toyota. I drove over an hour to get the part. Dominic came out to my truck to not only see if it was the correct part, but he also helped me put on. It is tricky to put on and did not fit correctly. He figured out how to put it on and we learned that all the other center caps were put on wrong from my last tire rotation oil change at another Toyota dealership where it had previously been serviced. I was at risk losing all of my center caps. He went beyond the call of duty. We fixed all of them. He is an incredible employee and should be recognized. Great attitude! More
I travelled 45 miles to have service performed on my SUV at Toyota of Dartmouth. Their employees were extremely professional and the service was fast & efficient. And most importantly, their employees respect your property by not damaging it, unlike the Mid & Upper Cape’s Irate & Failmouth Toyota dealerships. More
Lies, lies lies. Purchased a Tacome nearly 2 years ago. Received 4 oil changes as part of the deal. Received first change but had to ask for my free change. Just drove 40 minutes, one way, to get my second free change and they have no record of the free oil changes. Service department was rude. Sales department didn't care. Sales manager wouldn't respond. They promised me service in order to complete the deal and then didn't stand behind it. AVOID THESE LYING CHARLATANS AT ALL COST! More

Servicing of our Toyota Was hearing a noise under the hood thought it had something to do with ac. Had it checked found it was the alternator. Had extended coverage so Jon Medeiros did the leg work calling the company, getting the inspector to come to Toyota of Dartmouth to check the car b4 work could be done. Jon did all that, kept calling them till they got there & also kept us well informed about what was going on. Jon is a very conscientious and friendly young man who takes his job very seriously. did not close hood after oil change Not kidding. I had just finished an oil change and was waiting for the car wash, a the guy comes around the corner and sees me. He pushes my hood do Not kidding. This is also the same the place that spilled cleaner on my leather seats. The safety latch should have held it, My way out was via the highway. What worries me about errors like this is that these are the ones I can SEE. What did they do with things I can't see? The overall quality control was poor. I now drive down to Newport to that Toyota dealer. When it was Premier it was amazing. Now its Langlay and I am not that impressed but they still seem decent enough. A minor things was the person at the counter made me wait in line while he had a wonderful conversation, I think it was about the fire department. I felt like I was bothering them. I don't believe he was a customer. I do see lots of good reviews. I hope they are really from people and not just created by the dealership. I did buy the car there. The car buying part was fine. More
