My advisor Desirae was fantastic, the transmission flush was done in under 2 hours, not the 4 I was told over the phone when scheduling. My scheduled advisor wasn't in when I got there, so I am very glad they assigned Desirae to me. She was friendly, answered all my questions, and got the flush taken care of promptly. True, the recall wasn't done, but that's fine. We'll get it at the next visit. More

I've always received excellent assistance at this dealership, and yesterday was no exception. Brian kindly showed me how to pop the hood on my car and pointed out the coolant, brake fluid, and batter dealership, and yesterday was no exception. Brian kindly showed me how to pop the hood on my car and pointed out the coolant, brake fluid, and battery with some tips on what to look for to make sure those components are functioning smoothly (i.e. no black sludge, no corrosion). Being a layperson, those informational tidbits are helpful, so I appreciate that. :-) The routine service was great; they did the 27-point inspection and recommended two additional services for the engine. All in all, great experience. :-) Thank you!! More

Gary Davidson went above and beyond exceeding all of my expectations for professionalism, courtesy, and kindness in taking care of the repairs to my 24 Corolla Cross after I hit a rather stealth pothole expectations for professionalism, courtesy, and kindness in taking care of the repairs to my 24 Corolla Cross after I hit a rather stealth pothole in the roadway and flattened both passenger side tires and bent both rims and jacked up the hub assembly. He was efficient expedient and communicated with me at every intersection of the process and after the horrible experience I had with Toyota of Rockwall's service manager was an uplifting and refreshing . Quite the polar opposite of that dealership, if I could give Toyota of Dallas 1001 stars I most certainly would. They are the best and unfortunately they're needed to clean up the disastrous mess that Sports City Toyota and Toyota of Rockwall created for me, but fortunately and gratefully they are very good at their jobs and still give meaning to the words integrity and honesty and I will not ever take my car to any other dealership again . Its the least I can do to show the immense appreciation they have earned from me. And I cannot commend them enough nor recommend any better!! They absolutely ROCK!! More
