I bought a used 2010 Prius over a year ago and hesitated to take it to the dealership because I thought it would be too expensive. Several months ago another repair shop in town replaced my brakes and on le to take it to the dealership because I thought it would be too expensive. Several months ago another repair shop in town replaced my brakes and on leaving the shop, many dash lights came on. When that shop could not figure out the problem, I took it to our local dealership Toyota of Corvallis. The easy fix did not work, but Houston had me bring it back and the brake problem was found and fixed the second time around. They even did an inspection and washed and vacuumed the car. Houston was helpful and reassuring about the overall condition of the Prius. He also texted when I didn’t answer the phone. Very considerate. It is a relief to know that it was fixed by someone who knows how to work on a Prius. More
