I needed an oil change, but found out (actually reminded me) that my front Brake pads were extremely thin and should be replaced with the rotors machined flat. This was a big help because I was going to drive 1500 miles to see the Total Eclipse. Not possible without the brake work. Also, they were as curious as me as to why one of my tires was losing about 10 psi per week. Since I got my tires from this dealer, no charge for investing that problem or for rotating the tires! Sweet! They are very nice and friendly at the dealership. They have never pressured anyone in my family to buy a car. They are always interested how the family is doing and when we buy a new car it’s always to solve a problem that we have with our transportation (bigger car to transport teenagers on the frisbee team or swim team or skiing with a couple other teenagers our own child (sorry “young adult!”) wants to bring with! Or someone wants to get rid of their sedan for a sportier vehicle! More
I have been a Toyota customer since 1989 and a Toyota of Corvallis customer since 2016. After moving to Corvallis, I have had all my vehicles serviced there and I have bought three Toyotas from them. Before the pandemic Toyota of Corvallis was the best dealership--sales and service--I had ever experienced. Sales people were courteous, back-office people were prompt and didn't force up-selling. Basic maintenance appointments were completed in close to an hour. Post pandemic Toyota of Corvallis is the worst. Twice in the last year it has taken over 2 hours for an oil change and they don't get around to washing the car. Last week I went to trade in my truck for a RAV 4 Hybrid. I made and appointment and let the sales person know I had 2 hours to complete the transaction. Two hours later, the deal wasn't finished and they handed me off to the documents guy who was impolite and unprepared. I started to walk out, but the dealership manager intervened and we finally completed the paperwork 45 minutes after my deadline.. A very disappointing experience. More

Perhaps don't notify customer that their vehicle is ready for pick up before it actually is. I think you're clocking the job out when the service tech is done, but the vehicle isn't really ready to pick up u for pick up before it actually is.
