If you buy a used car from them, you better hope nothing goes wrong with it! They don’t give loaner cars to the used car customers! Mine broke down 5 times in 10 months I purchased it from Cool Springs Toyota! They will not offer you any type of accommodation, I.e. no rides home, no loaner cars but they will rent you one for a fee!! I will never purchase a thing from Cool Springs Toyota! Oh and they will lie to you about the power train warranty too! And don’t expect much communication while your vehicle is being fixed! But I’m sure if you buy a brand new one you’ll be treated like royalty and you’ll move ahead of the used car customers!!!!! The guy who sold me the car quit bc of how shady the owner is!!anyway stay away from this place unless you’re buying new!!!!!!! More

I love Toyota of Cool Springs. I bought my first Rav 4 there in 2020 and my 2nd Rav 4 on March 3, 2025. I had all my maintenance done there and will do the same with my new Rav4. My 2020 is still in great shape, but my son needs a car, so I decided to sell my 2020 to him and get a new Rav for myself. Alan Richardson made the whole "purchasing" experience a positive one. The process of buying a car is not something I enjoy. My encounters with Alan were easy and comfortable. He was quick to respond to any of my questions or concerns and actually made this purchase memorable and enjoyable. I hope he's still there when I make my next car purchase.
