I hooked up with Liz on Internet sales when I tried to get an e-quote. I wasn't expecting to hook up with a salesperson at that point but talking with Liz & Charlie in person helped me focus on the different choices and decisions I needed to make. I felt a little conflicted about having dealt with 2 sales team members but it worked out fine. Liz let me know not to worry about that since it was a dealership internal item and not my problem. I learned what to expect when as far as models being available once I locked in to my 4Runner Limited options. I chose the 2012 over the 2011 so I could get the new Ensure system and have the newer model year. I took a test drive on a 2012 4runner Limited that come in ahead of the rest of the 2012s and decided not to wait to purchase a slightly more favored exterior car color. I really appreciate the Larry H. Miller Toyota sales team's helpfulness and especially appreciate them not being the high intensity jerks that one sometimes meets when shopping for a car. Got the car I wanted with the color and options very quickly. They found the car enroute to another dealer and arranged a swap and had it delivered in about a week. Absolutely no complaints with the dealership or our salesman. We felt no pressure at any time and we got a reasonable price on a new Sienna. I have bought three new Toyota trucks from this dealer. I received great prices for my trade in and the new vehicle. The entire experience was better than anywhere else. I have bought numerous new cars and trucks in the past 40+ years and this dealer rates right at the top. The service I get is always top rate and fast. I usually wait for any minor repairs that I have. My salesperson, Lia, was knowledgeable as to options and mechanical issues and none of the hesitations in the deal itself. I told her I wanted a good deal and no hassles and that is what I got. I have and will continue to recommend this dealer to all. More

I've had nothing but super experience working with the Liberty Toyota personnel in both service as well as sales. I have never had a negative experience with Toyota dealers in these 30+ years - NEVER. I've never had to bring a vehicle back to service that wasn't fixed the first time -- this is extraordinary and speaks volumes about Toyota dependability AND the quality of the service personnel. Maybe my many years of Toyota ownership gives me special "preferred" service, but I feel everyone that works with Liberty Toyota gets the same level of service. More

When I first submitted my inquiry to Toyota regarding a vehicle, Robert responded promptly with an email, and set up an appointment at our convenience. He showed us the Highlanders we had inquired about, let us test drive the one we wanted, and then helped us find a 4Runner when we realized the Highlander did not meet our needs. I would not hesitate to recommend Robert and Toyota Scion of Colorado Springs to anyone interested in purchasing a vehicle. More
I emailed Vicki at about4:30 p.m. after work one day. She responded very quickly. The next day I had not heard anything back from her so I emailed Jeremiah and he to resopned quick. Before I knew it I was at Toyota and they introduced me to Liz. We went for a test drive and an hour or so later I was on my way home. Just got back in my fj from Aspen colorado. After a so/so experience ealier in the month with a different finance associate, Mike called us back to try anything possible to make my wife and I happy. We are high risk BK customers, and thought we had no way to be financed..Mike worked hard to get an approval in mins! We were approved for up to a $450.00 payment. We found a few used vehicles that would work for our situation, but in the end we couldnt find one that fit every want and need for our family. Overall experience was great.. Many vehicles new or used, foriegn or domestic on the lot. I would recommend anyone with bad credit to go check out Mike or Vern! They are both good at what they do!
