I bought a 2011 Toyota Sienna in 2010. The unit did not have the interior leather seat package that I wanted. The dealership (Mark Orabuena and crew) set up one of their sub-contractors in Denver to instal have the interior leather seat package that I wanted. The dealership (Mark Orabuena and crew) set up one of their sub-contractors in Denver to install a leather seat package. When we took delivery of the unit, there were several issues with the leather installation that were not satisfactory. The dealership arranged for the unit to be sent back to Denver for the corrections to be made. I was told by Mark that the unit would be filled with gas and thoroughly cleaned and prepped again after the unit returned from the Denver subcontractor. When we picked the unit up on a Friday it was almost completely out of gas and the interior had dust, insulation and other debris through out. This condition could not be remedied at this time as it was closing time and I live out of town and I had no more time available for additional service work. I had requested a 'loaner' from the Toyota dealership (Mark Orabuena) for this warranty issue and I was refused, which cost me over $100 for the dealership's problem. Again, there were several items the Denver subcontractor did not fix during the above warranty return and the unit had to go to Denver again. The Toyota dealership (Mark Orabuena) told me that this time a 'loaner' would be provided through Enterprise car rental and I was told to go pick up the car at Enterprise and that the charges for the rental would be pre-arranged. When I picked up the rental car I had to let them swipe my card, as usual. When I received my credit card statement, the charges for the rental car were being charged to me. I called the dealership (Mark Orabuena) and he said that the subcontractor in Denver was supposed to pay for it and he would check it out. He said he would get back to me, which he never did. I called him two more times regarding this erroneous charge and he said he would again get back to me and has still not. There are still issues with the leather package installation that need fixed, but this whole thing has gotten so involved and difficult that it is making me not even want to have anything to do with this dealership ever again. I should not have to pay anything for warranty work and I have paid approximately $200. I have complained in two questionaires that were sent out after service is provided and nothing has ever come of any of my complaints. Does anyone ever read the negative feedback? Does anyone care? I have even threatened Mark Orabuena with the fact that I am totally fed up with how I am being treated by this dealership and I am even contemplating selling this unit so that I will never have to deal with this dealership again. He doesn't seem to care because nothing is ever done about my dissatisfaction. The sad thing about all of this is that I was willing to go the extra mile and pay for the first rental, but the last rental was promised to me by the dealership (Mark Orabuena) and I feel that what is promised should be provided without all of this hassle. The dealership won't pay for the rental and the dealership (Mark Orabuena) can't get the Denver subcontractor to pay for it so I am stuck in the middle? So, for a measly $29 Colorado Springs Toyota is destroying a customer. Bad business decision. The problem here is that Mark Orabuena is the salesman and trying to have him double as the service contact is just not working. He is not being responsible nor is he performing his duties diligently. I have tried several times to go around him by talking directly to the Sales Manager and the Service Manager and each time they redirect my contact back to Mr. Orabuena. I have even complained to the Sales Manager and the Service Manager to no avail. This is my last attempt to obtain satisfaction. Thank you, Ken Rupp for Alfred C. Rupp More
Even though the color scheme of the car we wanted was not available, they did make us a great deal in a near match color scheme. In fact this was the most pain free car deals I have ever had. I did go through their internet sales department by way of Toyota's website. Both Robert Raphael and Jeremiah Swartz were great people to buy a car from. Robert answered my e-mail early in the morning and both Jeremiah and Robert were willing to help us close on a very pleasant deal. More

Everyone at the dealership was very friendly and easy to deal with. My sales representative and her manager were very helpful in finding the value of my trade-in vehicle and showing me vehicles that would w deal with. Once we started talking numbers, they were very upfront and made a very reasonable offer without any games of going back and forth. We easily settled on a deal and I am very happy with my new car. Liz Wynn and Charlie Snyder were terrific to deal with. I initially took a few test drives with Charlie. I drove a Highlander, Rav4 and then the 4Runner, which is the model I bought. I hooked up with Liz I initially took a few test drives with Charlie. I drove a Highlander, Rav4 and then the 4Runner, which is the model I bought. I hooked up with Liz on Internet sales when I tried to get an e-quote. I wasn't expecting to hook up with a salesperson at that point but talking with Liz & Charlie in person helped me focus on the different choices and decisions I needed to make. I felt a little conflicted about having dealt with 2 sales team members but it worked out fine. Liz let me know not to worry about that since it was a dealership internal item and not my problem. I learned what to expect when as far as models being available once I locked in to my 4Runner Limited options. I chose the 2012 over the 2011 so I could get the new Ensure system and have the newer model year. I took a test drive on a 2012 4runner Limited that come in ahead of the rest of the 2012s and decided not to wait to purchase a slightly more favored exterior car color. I really appreciate the Larry H. Miller Toyota sales team's helpfulness and especially appreciate them not being the high intensity jerks that one sometimes meets when shopping for a car. I am a very happy camper. ;-) More
