Robert offered great customer service. Being a younger female customer, I didn't feel uncomfortable at all throughout the entire process. He even used texting as a form of communication, which may not mea female customer, I didn't feel uncomfortable at all throughout the entire process. Horrible service, never resolved the issues with a 2011 Highlander. We were so FRUSTRATED with Toyota's quality and service that we sold the car after 7 months. We will never buy another Toyota and we wi Highlander. We were so FRUSTRATED with Toyota's quality and service that we sold the car after 7 months. I recommended the sales rep, Vicki Beard, and company within an hour of driving my new RAV 4 off the lot. I handed her card to my real estate client. He is brand new to Colorado Springs, but has already within an hour of driving my new RAV 4 off the lot. I handed her card to my real estate client. He is brand new to Colorado Springs, but has already visited the dealer for service on his Rav 4 V6. He has his eye on a big white truck in the showroom, but needs to close on his new home first. Vicki was helpful, but never pushy, which I appreciated. She accomodated my schedule, which I appreciated. She listened to and understood my needs, and though I was not comfortable with the price for the whistles and bells I wanted, she helped me find what I was comfortable with and came in on her day off to serve my convenience. Thank you, Vicki! Bob, in finance, was also very helpful and patient, while we worked together to -unfreeze- my credit report access with Trans Union. Dan, in finance, made the paperwork a breeze. Together, everyone I met or spoke with was pleasant and helpful, making the experience an enjoyable one. Thank you! More
I visited two of the Larry H. Miller Toyotas in Colorado Springs and the best thing I can tell you is to save yourself the hardship of Going to the Larry H. Miller in Motor City and go straight to the one o Springs and the best thing I can tell you is to save yourself the hardship of Going to the Larry H. Miller in Motor City and go straight to the one on New Car Drive near Woodman and Powers. I spent hours haggling with the one in motor City getting nowhere. It took four hours to even test drive 2 vehicles. What a waste. I even went in there knowing what I wanted. That same night I thought I would call up the Toyota on the other side of town. I took my trade in up to them and within two hours I was driving back home in a new (used) vehicle. I couldn't be happier with the trade in value I received as well as how they handled the deal. They didn't try to haggle, they just made it happen for me. So if you are reading this do yourself a favor and if its a Toyota you are looking for shoot on over to LARRY H. MILLER LIBERTY TOYOTA SCION CO SPRINGS and save yourself a headache. I dealt with Mike (salesman) and Gary (manager), and finance was a breeze. More
Everyone at the dealer was very friendly and responsive. I don't like buying new cars but this time the experience was great. I would highly recommend this dealer. I don't like buying new cars but this time the experience was great. I would highly recommend this dealer. More
