The purchase price was more than the blue book value which was concerning. This is why we opted to a 2013 instead. Rob took the time to explain how pricing worked which we appreciated the effort. Mike, the USAA representative in sales was good, but the GM was a turn off. We were much more confident that Rob would steer us in the right direction, which he did. Dan did a great job with our financing and selling us an extended warranty option. We could tell he's been doing this for a while and expedited our purchase professionally and quickly. Myself and my wife were on our way to the Toyota Dealership for a recall on our window Assembly, which could have caught fire on us. And while we were on our way to Toyota my wife and I smelled som Dealership for a recall on our window Assembly, which could have caught fire on us. And while we were on our way to Toyota my wife and I smelled something coming from the engine. It smelled like oil burning. And it turned out that the last place that I had my oil changed, someone had left the oil cap off, and there was oil all over the engine compartment. And the service department not only did the recall work, but, they also cleaned all of the oil off of the engine, and you could not even tell that there was oil on it at one time. Larry H. Miller Toyota Dealership went way out of their way to please us. I did not expect them to clean the engine department up like they did. Overall good experience. Once the,"deal" was made and agreed to, took too long to process and get on the road. Spent approximately 6 hours at the dealership.
