I went in with my fiancée to test drive a Toyota Camry on a pretty co I had an outstanding experience this past weekend buying/financing my first car! I went in with my fiancée to test drive a Toyota Camry on a pretty cold day. Rob Hoff was waiting outside (in 40 degree weather) and joyfully greeted me. He had us both sit down and offered us water and snacks while he took the time to get to know us both and learn more about what we were looking for in a car. He made sure he knew what I needed in the car, what would be nice to have, and what price I was willing to pay after taxes. The first car he brought us to look at ended up being the one I bought. We went for a test drive and he told me more about the car and clearly pointed out all the features in it that I wanted and a few of the ones that my fiancée wanted that it didn't have. The car had already been marked down to the lower end of KBB value fair value price. Rob was extremely flexible with accommodating my trade in and meeting me at the price that I was willing to pay. I had no intention of buying a car when I walked in, but the price was so good that I felt like I had to seriously consider it. Rob was an astounding salesman and was able to answer every question, and help me to feel comfortable with this big decision. I never felt pressured, and he was very patient, and made me feel well taken care of. My last reservation was just comparing it to the Subaru Legacy which was the other car I was interested in. Rob then made the offer to drive to the Subaru dealership with the Camry to compare the two side by side. Thinking he had done this before I agreed, and then found out no one had ever taken him up on this offer. It was probably the funniest experience I have had in a while to drive to another dealership during a test drive to compare cars. Rob then tracked down a salesman who he knew and had him show us the car while the other salesman talked up the Subaru. Rob just stood to the side patiently not making any comments while the salesman talked up the Subaru. After going back I agreed to buy the Camry. I had to go to a birthday dinner so we were not able to finish all the paperwork at once. Rob let me go to dinner and he waited for me to come back at 9pm (dealership closed at 8). I then went and met Andy Murdock when I came back who helped me walk through the financing. He diligently went through every detail of what was covered and what wasn't. He then talked about the warranty and gave me a great deal on the warranty after we found a good fit of what I wanted covered and what I didn’t think was necessary. He also stayed late to help Rob and I out so that I could finish my sale. Rob was finalizing my car while Andy finished the paperwork with me, and we probably didn’t leave until close to 10pm. Both Rob and Andy truly went above and beyond to help me from start to finish. They were both so patient and accommodating throughout the entire process. When I called Andy the following Monday he was quick to get back to me and help me with my follow up questions. I could not have asked for a better experience buying my first car. Toyota and Larry H. Miller will have a customer for life! Ask for Rob Hoff or Andy Murdock and I promise they will take great care of you! I love my car and I’m so thankful for all the hard work that everyone at Larry H Miller put in to get me in my dream car. More

Great experience, would recommend to others Robert Raphael got us into the exact vehicle we wanted; we had never shopped at Larry H. Miller before but would definitely return. In the month+ since we got our new vehicle Robert has contacted us several times to make sure all of our questions were answered and that we didn't have any problems or service concerns. Not only did we get the 4runner my wife had her eye on, but the price we negotiated was very fair and we left happy. The only complaint was the finance department was short-staffed on a very busy day so it took longer than expected. A month later and my wife still loves her 4runner! More
