We stopped at Larry H. MIller and were introduced to Ricky Clavelli. He listened to our story and in a very short time had us in a new RAV4 which both Gayle and I love. Because of how quick the deal was made, we made certain assumptions that we not part of the deal. But after talking to Ricky, he and the dealership made us happy. Sales is not always about the closing the deal but if you have a happy buyer after the sales. They have done that. Thank you. The new car buyer seminar is worth the time spent. Kasssie Kascak put on a informative seminar. She also will put you in touch with someone that can help with any of your questions. She connected me with a technician (Pierce -I think) that helped me program my Scout GPS Link. He happily spent about a hour after the seminar doing that. Just an example of the excellent staff in the service department. My original RAV4 was purchased in Hackensack, NJ but had never been serviced anywhere except here in Calorado Spring and only at Larry H. MIller. They are great. More

It is seamless, stress free and hassle free care that I receive each time I visit. Kevin Whitlock takes the time to explain every detail of the service repair and provides superior customer service. He takes the worry out of the repair with a fair explanation of what is needed each time I am there. I was recently there and he was able to provide a comprehensive used car inspection for 2 vehicles I wanted to purchase. I was given a good solid report for both vehicles as well as information on purchasing used car warranties. I can't thank Kevin enough for the outstanding customer service he always provides, to include a timely return on phone calls. Purchased New SUV Just purchased a new SUV two weeks ago. I found the salesperson to be rude at times saying things like "your new vehicle arrived, what time TODAY are Just purchased a new SUV two weeks ago. I found the salesperson to be rude at times saying things like "your new vehicle arrived, what time TODAY are you going to pick it up". Instead of "when are you available to pick it up". When I was available to pick it up the salesperson was to meet me at my house at 5pm, he arrived at 5:35pm. Once we arrived at the Toyota shop they kept me waiting for two hours to tell me "they can't do the purchase paperwork tonight because no one know how to the paperwork so come back tomorrow." Waist of a whole night. So I show the next day and it took them 3 HOURS to have me sign a simple form because the finance guy behind the glass didn't understand simple math. He kept on insisting the paperwork was correct and that I just didn't understand the form. The paperwork said I was financing $31,500. We both were looking at the agreed upon price on the paperwork before they ordered the vehicle. It clearly stated "$30,000 Out The Door (OTD)". So I told him "it’s $30,000 OTD minus the $500 down payment, it's simple math the bottom of the form needs to say I'm financing $29,500 or I'm calling a cab". He adjusted the form several times before it finally said the correct amount. I felt like it was his first day on the job and he didn't understand his own paperwork. That same day my salesperson was to meet me to discuss the features of the vehicle but he decided not to show. I've reminded my salesperson he promised me (in writing) a free rear cargo net. It's been two weeks and I haven't heard from anyone on anything. Since no one was available to tell about me anything about my vehicle I approached the service department. The guy told me that this coming Tuesday there was a new buyers meeting. I arrived on Tuesday and they told me it was next Tuesday. Another wasted trip. I feel like I'm consisting wasting my precious free time to accomplish nothing and it's getting on my nerves. Finally I would to like to complain about the manager. Why does he let all the experienced people leave at 5pm? You sale cars, why don't you keep someone past 5pm that know how to process paperwork? Between driving back and forth I’m 7 hours invested just to sign one simple form and during that whole time twiddling my thumbs no one bothered to tell me anything about my new purchase. I’ve been told Toyota makes quality products and I’m sure I’ll be happy with the vehicle (knock on wood) but I will never buy from Mr. Miller ever again. They don’t have their act together at this location. More

We had heard great things about this location and decided to make a long drive to give them a chance to earn our business.. Well that they did, and we drove off in our new Highlander that day. We enjoyed that car for 2+ years but needed something a lot better on gas so after our research we decided on a RAV-4 Hybrid. Of course we wanted to give our business back to Larry H Miller's dealership so we called and let them know exactly the model/color etc that we wanted. They didn't have it in stock, but Jeff Kostenko (Sales Manager) located one that was still en route to the states. Jeff bent over backwards to get us that car and it was well worth the wait! Not only did we get the car we wanted but also the price we wanted. Ricky, our sales rep, was awesome as well! He went over all the options for us, answered all our questions and made us feel very comfortable through the entire process. We highly recommend this dealership and can honestly say it was a couple of the best experiences in buying cars (and I've bought quite a few in my life)! They do business the right way, and that is with open and honest communication and no BS. I think they will sacrifice a few bucks profit in a sale to build a long lasting relationship with a customer knowing that not only will that customer keep coming back in the future, they will also recommend them to their friends/family. We don't often write reviews (but definitely do read a lot of them) but after these experiences, and the fact that this dealership doesn't have a lot of reviews, we wanted to express our gratitude and share our feelings with other potential customers. Over many weeks Julio worked to find me exactly what I wanted (for the price range we wanted). I'm an educated buyer and did not need to be sold to... not once did I feel Julio was disingenuous or driven by anything other than me getting the vehicle I was looking for. Julio was 100% honest and laid back every step of the way. Relatable and friendly, driven and attentive, he was quick to listen and reliable. A man of his word, he never made a promise he couldn't keep. I felt like Julio deserved my service and was happy to buy from Larry Miller, Toyota. Since I was shopping for a specific vehicle at multiple dealerships I had the pleasure of meeting dozens of sales people. As a busy (30-something) tech. industry professional, I'm comfortable exploring my options and have no time for a sales process that isn't flexible. After meeting Julio, he was my "go to" contact for Larry Miller and in my top two in Colorado Springs. Thanks. More
