Toyota of Colorado Springs in Motor City is an excellent place to take your vehicle for service. It all starts, when you pull into the service bay. The people, that meets you at your vehicle makes you feel place to take your vehicle for service. It all starts, when you pull into the service bay. The people, that meets you at your vehicle makes you feel like the most important person in the world. They make you feel like, whatever the reason you are there it’s important. You have professional like Randy Lee, Scott, and Dan who treats you like family, not a customer. I have owned my truck for almost two years now. Randy Lee or Scott or Dan insure that I leave completely satisfied each time. Randy Lee is my personal service manager, and he gives me a call after each service to make sure everything is running smoothly. There is time, I have to leave my vehicle. They make sure, I get to where I need to be and keeps me informed on the progress of my service. Toyota of Colorado Springs in Motor City is where you should be taking your vehicle. I sure do! This service department took great care of us and our 2018 AWD Sienna. Our transmission was failing prematurely and Dan Moran and Scott Gardunio both went above and beyond to get Toyota to cover a large 2018 AWD Sienna. Our transmission was failing prematurely and Dan Moran and Scott Gardunio both went above and beyond to get Toyota to cover a large portion of the cost of the major repairs. They also provided a loaner vehicle and kept us well informed of the status of our repair. We’ve owned 6 Toyotas since moving to Colorado Springs and this service department has always provided outstanding service for us. Highly recommend. More
