If you are looking for the worst body shop place in town, this is one. Here is what happened to me: 4/26/23 sent to the dealer for initial repair 5/9/23 told the car is repaired , find out there is gap this is one. Here is what happened to me: 4/26/23 sent to the dealer for initial repair 5/9/23 told the car is repaired , find out there is gap between the fender and body shop on the passage side looks like a crap, and multiple body part is not aligned well together, apprently they were rushing the work. 5/16/23 sent the car back to fix the problems mentioned above, while the front dest forget to reserve a rental car for me, consequently, waiting for 3 hours for a rental car in the enterprise office 5/19/23 received a call that the car is fixed again , drive nearly 40 mins there and just find out the passage door is not able to unlock, while the window cannot roll down, as well as the body part alignments still have a huge gap, I asked the director why do they call me while the work is not even done, again, they rush the process, and skip steps! Btw, the director told me to calm down when I try to list my concerns, I did not feel my voice is heard and they actually take time to listen to my concerns. 5/23/23 received another call that the car is fixed again, drive another 30 mins to pick up the car, this time I thought everything worked, on my way home, I try to roll down the passage window, it did not work!!!!!!!!!! With all the drive back forth and false information i was communicated, and considered all the time I wasted to pick up the cars, simply apology will not be enough! My personal experience here is awful, the people here are not trustworthy! More
I took my 2021 Highlander in for the 20,000 mile service. I was surprised when the oil change, tire rotation, wash and inspection was done in less than 40 minutes. A quick glance at the inspection report s I was surprised when the oil change, tire rotation, wash and inspection was done in less than 40 minutes. A quick glance at the inspection report showed everything checked as green (good). On entering the vehicle, I checked the glove compartment since the inspection of the cabin filter necessitates the removal of the compartment to access the filter. The contents of the compartment were arranged exactly as they were when I took the vehicle in. At home, I removed the contents and the glove compartment to check the cabin filter. It was filthy - clearly, the service tech never checked the filter and simply checked off the inspection report indicating it was in good shape. Now, I wonder how many other items checked off as good on that report, were actually inspected. Clearly, this is not the “service” one expects and pays for. I went so far as to take a picture of the dirty filter and sent it to the service department along with the above description. I received no response. Time to find a different provider that does not falsify the work they supposedly do. More
On 02/01/2021 I bought a Toyota Clermont/Fl, a Toyota Corolla 2020 Title #0135827508, VIN JTDS4RCE8LJ028653. On the 11/03/2021th I took the car for maintenance of the 25,000 miles, everything went wel Corolla 2020 Title #0135827508, VIN JTDS4RCE8LJ028653. On the 11/03/2021th I took the car for maintenance of the 25,000 miles, everything went well at first, the oil was changed, the tires were rotated and the car was washed. Then I did the recommended maintenance in other places, and last month I decided to change the car at Toyota Jim Norton in Tulsa/OK, when they detected that the odometer had been Rollback. Until this day I did not know anything, when looking at the Carfax report it is clear that it was a maintenance error at the Toyota Clermont, as there is a maintenance at the Toyota Clermont on 12/26/2020 with the odometer 22.495. There would be no reason for me to take the car in for a 25,000 service if the odometer showed me less mileage than required for service. In contact with Carfax and Toyota Jim Norton of Tulsa, I was instructed to send this email so that you provide a letter reporting that this error was not mine, so that this error is repaired and I can do business with Toyota Jim Norton. All he w Stay away the whole experience was a lot like a ponzi scheme. Sales person avoided answering questions or offering any incentives by Toyota. All he wanted was to lease car. Intentionally made the purchase of car 10k more. My credit rating is 825+. And he said that keep making purchase unrealistic to pressure a lease. I wanted to put down between 8 to 10k and salesman insisted that I would need gap insurance. I am a resent college grad and salesman did mention incentives for grads or the 1.9% for 36months. Keep saying 8% finance rate. Then keep focusing on lease. Never listened to me. The product specialist know his job. Everyone else was rude and never valued the customer. You are NOT considered a VALUED CUSTOMER. Stay away from this dealership. Called to speak to management and the receptionist did not want me to speak to them asked for email. Waited on hold for 15 minutes and the only response was that they will speak to the team. The team at TOYOTA OF CLAREMONT is the Ponzi scheme team. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANY OF MY FRIENDS OR FAMILY. Sad to say that the consumer is taking advantage to the current situation of purchasing a car. They don’t care at all!!! More

Don't buy, sell or trade your vehicles at this dealership. They will finance at the highest rate, sale you Gap insurance double the price, and they will offer finance rates the highest rates they dealership. They will finance at the highest rate, sale you Gap insurance double the price, and they will offer finance rates the highest rates they can get you. I have bought many new Toyotas at other Toyota dealerships, but never felt so cheated the next day. I bought my leases vehicle at residual of $16k got out at about $21k with all the additional fees financing at 7.99% when our credit union could have done it for about half the interest. Went back in less than 24hrs, to try to reverse, or lower the interest and they refused to do anything about it. I love Toyota, but this dealership sales are is unethical. Stay away. More
Beware! Do NOT pay the Market Adjustment for a Vehicle at this Dealership. After being told that the price of a new vehicle was full MSRP (PLUS) a $7,000 (l Do NOT pay the Market Adjustment for a Vehicle at this Dealership. After being told that the price of a new vehicle was full MSRP (PLUS) a $7,000 (later reduced to $5,000) dealer profit market adjustment just because they can, I was then offered thousands less than what my trade was worth, which is ironic as this whole transaction started with a cold call from this dealership saying that my Tundra was is high demand and that they were paying top dollar for my trade if I'd come in and look at the new models, which turned out to be just a sales tactic to get me in the door. They looked up my trade and verified my numbers on Kelly Blue Book, and other sources and then shared that, " We have to make the most off of both ends of the deal to pay our bills" due to low inventory, and further that every dealership was doing it. This is a shocking admission in itself, but it truly allows for zero desire to operate in fair and equitable business practices. NOT ALL DEALERSHIPS OPERATE THIS WAY ! They are squeezing the consumers in horribly unfair ways, so I set out to find a better deal. Which I did. I took my business to AutoNation Toyota in Winter Park and sold my vehicle on my own in 1 day and came out $14,000 better off than the deal I was offered at Toyota of Clermont. In this economy, that is allot of money for a typical consumer. I took this matter up to the General Manager of this location, who said he needed to educate me on the transaction as he gathered the most advantaged reports he could to prove that I was wrong. Well, it turns out I was $14,000 right in my thinking and that not all dealerships operate this way. Lastly, the GM said that his business practices didn't make him a bad person or a bad dad which I hope is true. So the story ends well, for everyone except Toyota of Clermont. For your own sake, shop around for a dealership that deals more straightforwardly and verify every word that you are told. I feel sorry for the sales staff that spend time and effort sharing the features of the vehicles and then take you on test drives, and do not make a commission due to the profit margins Toyota of Clermont demands in order to do business. No wonder their lot is empty, people are waking up. In conclusion and in my humble opinion, this company is not an asset to our community. The entire intent of this post is to keep others from falling into the trap that was set for me. Happy Shopping. More
Beware of this dealership. I always email dealerships first to get a feel for their level of service. If they are helpful and accommodating then I will go in but if they offer I always email dealerships first to get a feel for their level of service. If they are helpful and accommodating then I will go in but if they offer a lot of resistance and games then I know to steer clear and Toyota of Clermont is one to keep clear of. They have posted on their website you can buy cars online but when I actually emailed them for pricing information Internet Sales Director Felix Ramos told me he won't tell me pricing unless I come in, which kind of defeats the whole point of having an Internet sales department. In my experience companies that do this are bait and switch types and play numbers games and try to milk every last cent out of you in a very dishonest way. He actually told me upfront that I'm not serious about getting a car I'm just "shopping." His loss because I'm buying a car tomorrow in cash. Avoid Toyota of Clermont at all costs. More
